This family business has its beginnings in the real estate during the year 1906, since which Alberto Bezanilla Lezana carry out his profession as an Architect and Civil Engineer. Kicking off the Enterprise, took care to instill spiritual values, aesthetic and technical perseverance, which were transmitted to his son: the Architect Alberto Bezanilla Bravo, our father, who throughout his life kept them intact.
Thus today, Alberto Bezanilla Gándara, PUC's Civil Engineer on third generation, continues family history with his siblings, standing for a new style of doing business, which is reflected in the projects delivered to the city of Viña del Mar.
