Social Responsibility

B & B in its constant concern for the welfare of its employees, their families and the environment, has developed an annual review of social action.

Some of the actions carried out are:

• Policy on quality of work life and self-care, to prevent alcohol and drug consumption, in agreement with CONACE and I.Municipalidad de Viña del Mar.

• Professional Welfare Worker for construction workers and their families.

• Promote healthy lifestyles for their employees.

• Different benefits for employees such as: Study Scholarship "Alberto Bezanilla Bravo" for outstanding employees' children enrolled in primary education, secondary and university, gift for Births, Death Bonus for family member; performance bonus, etc

• Children's Day Celebration and Christmas for children of employees and their families.

• Active participation in the RSE programs of the Cámara Chilena de la Construcción and other entities, such as Maestro Smile program to repair severe damage to the teeth of those employees who do not have their teeth, eye surgeries to diagnose and treat eyediseases that reduce visual acuity; Equalization Studies Program aimed at employees and their families to complete their primary or Secondary education; Operating EMPA, consisting of a series of medical examinations to detect mainly cardiovascular diseases.

• Ongoing training for their employees and spouses with different courses and lectures that contribute to improving their quality of life.

• Active participation in self-regulation program of best practices in the construction of Cámara Chilena de la Construcción.
